Line a rimmed baking sheet or large plate with parchment paper and set aside.
💡 Tip: Parchment paper prevents the clusters from sticking when frozen.
In a medium bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and honey, stirring until smooth and evenly sweetened.
Gently fold the fresh blueberries into the yogurt mixture until fully coated.
💡 Tip: Ensure berries are completely dry so ice crystals do not form.
Spoon 6 to 8 small mounds of the yogurt-berry mixture onto the prepared parchment paper. Freeze for at least 1 to 2 hours until completely solid.
Melt the dark chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl using 30-second microwave bursts, stirring between each burst until smooth.
Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer. Dip each cluster into the melted chocolate to coat halfway or completely, then return to the parchment paper.
💡 Tip: The chocolate will set quickly over the frozen clusters.
Return the coated clusters to the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the chocolate shell to set fully before serving.
Store leftover clusters in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes before eating for the best texture.
