說明

Cut chicken thighs into 1.5-inch cubes. Place in a large bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, to allow flavors to meld.

💡

提示:For best flavor, marinate for at least 2 hours. Avoid over-marinating chicken breast, as the lemon juice can toughen it.

While chicken marinates, soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

💡

提示:Metal skewers do not require soaking.

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto the soaked skewers.

Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet.

💡

提示:If using a skillet, cook in batches to avoid overcrowding.

Grill or sear the chicken skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through and nicely charred.

💡

提示:Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

Remove from heat and let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
