說明
1
Place the berries into a small saucepan over medium heat and cook for 5 to 7 minutes until warm and juices release naturally.
💡
提示:Use a wooden spoon to gently break down larger berries as they soften.
2
Mash the fruit with a fork or potato masher to reach your desired consistency, leaving small chunks for texture or crushing completely smooth.
3
Remove the saucepan from the heat, then stir in the chia seeds, maple syrup, and lemon juice until thoroughly combined.
💡
提示:Taste and add an extra teaspoon of sweetener if your berries are particularly tart.
4
Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell and gel, creating a thick jam texture.
💡
提示:The jam will thicken even further once refrigerated.
