說明
1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee granules, granulated sugar, and boiling water.
💡
提示:Using a bowl with tall sides prevents splashing during the whipping process.
2
Whip the mixture vigorously using a hand mixer, a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or a manual balloon whisk until it transforms into a thick, frothy foam with stiff peaks.
💡
提示:An electric mixer takes about 2 to 3 minutes, while a manual whisk can take up to 8 to 10 minutes.
3
Place the ice cubes into a tall serving glass and pour the cold milk directly over the ice.
💡
提示:Leave about an inch of space at the top of the glass for the coffee foam layer.
4
Dollop the whipped coffee mixture onto the top of the iced milk using a spoon or a spatula.
💡
提示:Gently smooth the top out or swirl it with a spoon for a beautiful presentation.
5
Serve immediately with a straw or spoon to stir the layers together before drinking.
💡
提示:Sipping it un-stirred gives a very intense coffee flavor, so blending it lightly improves the texture.

You can customize this beverage by dusting cocoa powder, cinnamon, or crushed cookies over the foam before serving. For a warm option, skip the ice and serve the whipped topping over steamed milk.
