说明
1
Preheat your oven to 238 °C (240 °C) to ensure a rapid, high-heat sear.
💡
提示:A hot oven is key to achieving caramelization without drying out the fish.
2
Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, then crumple and slightly smooth it out to create uneven, raised ridges.
💡
提示:This mimics a rack, allowing air to circulate under the salmon for even cooking.
3
In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, sugar, and spices. Add the cubed salmon and gently toss until every piece is evenly coated.
💡
提示:Ensure the pieces are uniformly sized so they cook at the same rate.
4
Arrange the salmon cubes on the prepared foil, spacing them out to ensure they brown properly rather than steaming.
💡
提示:Keep the pieces apart to encourage browning rather than crowding the pan.
5
Bake for 12 minutes. Remove immediately from the oven to prevent carry-over cooking.
💡
提示:Serve these bites alongside a fresh salad, in warm tortillas, or over a bowl of steamed rice.
