说明
1
Preheat your oven to 204 °C (200 °C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish.
💡
提示:Using a ceramic or glass baking dish helps prevent the sauce from sticking.
2
In a medium bowl, whisk together the marinara sauce, chili crisp, soy sauce, and toasted sesame oil until well combined.
💡
提示:Taste the sauce mixture and add extra chili crisp if you prefer higher heat.
3
Spread 80 ml of the spiced sauce evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange half of the frozen pork dumplings in a single layer over the sauce.
💡
提示:Keep the dumplings tightly packed in a single flat layer for even cooking.
4
Top the dumplings with half of the remaining sauce and half of the shredded mozzarella. Add the remaining dumplings in a second layer, followed by the rest of the sauce, mozzarella, and grated parmesan.
💡
提示:Ensure the dumplings are mostly covered by sauce so they steam properly while baking.
5
Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
💡
提示:Tightly crimping the foil traps steam to thoroughly cook the frozen dumpling wrappers.
6
Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and golden brown. Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
💡
提示:Broil on high for the final 1 to 2 minutes if you want deeper browning on the cheese.
📝厨师备注
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F (175°C) oven or toaster oven until heated through and crisp on the edges.
