Transform your daily iced coffee with this velvety banana cold foam, aerated to creamy perfection with ripe banana, vanilla, and sweet cream.
食材
- ✓0.5 medium ripe banana
- ✓45 ml heavy whipping cream
- ✓30 ml whole milk
- ✓1 tsp pure maple syrup
- ✓0.3 tsp pure vanilla extract
- ✓1 pinch ground cinnamon
仔细检查食谱的准确性。
说明
1
Mash the ripe banana thoroughly in a small bowl with a fork, then pass it through a fine-mesh sieve with the back of a spoon to create a completely lump-free puree.
💡
提示:Straining the banana ensures your cold foam froths evenly without clogging the whisk or leaving heavy bits at the bottom
2
In a tall frothing pitcher or glass measuring cup, combine the smooth banana puree, chilled heavy cream, cold whole milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
💡
提示:Cold dairy whips much more efficiently and maintains aeration longer than room-temperature ingredients.
3
Submerge a handheld electric milk frother near the surface of the dairy mixture and froth for 20 to 30 seconds until doubled in volume and softly thickened.
💡
提示:Stop frothing while the mixture is still pourable; it should resemble lightly melted soft-serve ice cream rather than st
4
Gently pour the aerated foam over an iced coffee or cold brew, dust with a pinch of ground cinnamon if desired, and serve immediately.
💡
提示:Pouring slowly over the back of a spoon helps create a distinct, clean foam layer on top of your beverage.
📝厨师备注
Best enjoyed immediately over chilled cold brew or iced espresso. Leftover foam can be kept refrigerated in a covered container for up to 24 hours, though a quick re-froth with your milk frother may be needed before pouring.
