A velvety, high-protein soft serve blended with frozen berries, vanilla protein powder, and crushed ice for a guilt-free dessert.
食材
- ✓360 ml frozen mixed berries
- ✓1 scoop vanilla whey or plant-based protein powder
- ✓120 ml unsweetened almond milk
- ✓240 ml ice cubes
- ✓0.3 tsp xanthan gum
- ✓1 tsp pure vanilla extract
仔细检查食谱的准确性。
说明
1
Pour the almond milk and vanilla extract into the base of a high-powered blender or food processor.
💡
提示:Adding liquids first prevents the powders and frozen fruit from sticking under the blades.
2
Add the frozen mixed berries, protein powder, xanthan gum, and ice cubes on top of the liquid.
3
Blend on low speed to crush the ice, gradually ramping up to high speed while using a tamper to push the mixture continuously into the blades.
💡
提示:If the motor stalls, add an extra tablespoon of almond milk at a time to keep it spinning without making it runny.
4
Continue processing for 1 to 2 minutes until completely smooth, thick, and doubled in volume.
💡
提示:Stop immediately once a uniform soft-serve swirl forms to avoid warming up the mixture.
5
Spoon immediately into chilled bowls and serve with your favorite toppings.
💡
提示:Enjoy right away for the best soft-serve consistency.

Best eaten immediately. If frozen for later, let thaw on the counter for 10 to 15 minutes before re-blending or scooping.
