说明
1
Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh lime juice. Set aside.
💡
提示:Using fresh lime juice will provide a brighter, more vibrant flavor than bottled.
2
Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
💡
提示:Ensure the pan is hot before adding ingredients for a proper sauté.
3
Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
💡
提示:To prevent burning, keep the garlic and ginger moving constantly in the pan.
4
Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.
💡
提示:Cook shrimp in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan, which can lead to steaming instead of searing.
5
Add the broccolini and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
💡
提示:Broccolini stems can be added slightly before the florets to ensure even cooking.
6
Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss everything together to coat evenly, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is well combined.
💡
提示:Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce to suit your preferred level of heat.
7
Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.
💡
提示:A sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds can add an extra layer of texture and flavor.
