仔细检查食谱的准确性。
说明
1
Fill a tall Collins or highball glass completely to the top with fresh ice cubes.
💡
提示:Solid, dense ice cubes keep the drink chilled longer without diluting the flavor balance prematurely.
2
Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup over the ice, stirring briefly with a bar spoon to combine the sweet citrus foundation.
3
Pour the chilled sparkling mineral water into the glass, leaving approximately two inches of space at the rim.
💡
提示:Pouring slowly down the inside of the glass preserves effervescence.
4
Gently pour the espresso directly over the top of the sparkling liquid to create an attractive contrasting layer.
💡
提示:Pouring over the rounded back of a spoon helps create a crisp separation of layers.
5
Perch a fresh lemon wheel on the rim of the glass and serve immediately with a straw so the drinker can blend the layers before sipping.
📝厨师备注
Medium to dark espresso roasts with chocolate or nutty undertones pair exceptionally well against the crisp acidity of the lemon.
