说明
1
Preheat the oven to 204 °C (200 °C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
💡
提示:Using parchment paper prevents the honey glaze from sticking or burning on the pan.
2
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, cornstarch, and 15 ml of olive oil until thoroughly combined and smooth.
💡
提示:The cornstarch helps thicken the sauce so it clings nicely to both the chicken and vegetables.
3
Place the diced chicken pieces into a medium bowl and pour half of the honey garlic sauce over them, tossing well to coat evenly.
4
Toss the broccoli florets with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and a pinch of black pepper, then spread the chicken and broccoli in an even, single layer across the prepared baking sheet.
💡
提示:Do not overcrowd the pan; spacing allows the broccoli to roast rather than steam.
5
Roast for 15 to 18 minutes, drizzling the remaining sauce over the sheet pan halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 74 °C (74 °C) and the broccoli edges are lightly charred.
💡
提示:Turn the broiler on high for the final 1 to 2 minutes if you prefer a deeper caramelization on the chicken.
6
Remove from the oven, garnish with toasted sesame seeds, and serve warm directly from the pan.
💡
提示:Serve over steamed jasmine rice, brown rice, or quinoa.
📝厨师备注
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over medium heat to maintain the broccoli's texture.
