A vibrant and crunchy salad made with shaved carrot ribbons tossed in a savory sesame ginger dressing and topped with toasted seeds.
食材
- ✓4 large carrots
- ✓15 ml toasted sesame oil
- ✓22.5 ml rice vinegar
- ✓1 tsp soy sauce
- ✓1 tsp honey
- ✓0.5 tsp fresh ginger
- ✓15 ml toasted sesame seeds
- ✓30 ml green onions
仔细检查食谱的准确性。
说明
1
Use a Y-shaped vegetable peeler to shave the carrots lengthwise into long, thin ribbons. Discard the woody core or save it for stock.
💡
提示:Lay the carrot flat on a cutting board to make peeling the ribbons safer and easier.
2
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and grated ginger until emulsified.
3
Place the carrot ribbons into a medium serving bowl. Pour the prepared dressing over the top and gently toss to ensure the ribbons are evenly coated.
💡
提示:Using clean hands or tongs helps separate the ribbons so dressing coats every surface.
4
Garnish the salad with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions right before serving.
