说明
1
Add the frozen watermelon cubes, freshly squeezed lime juice, lime zest, honey, and a pinch of fine sea salt into the bowl of a high-speed blender or food processor.
💡
提示:Letting the frozen watermelon sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before blending makes processing easier on your mach
2
Pulse several times to break down the large chunks, then blend on high speed using the tamper tool to push the fruit down toward the blades until smooth and creamy.
💡
提示:If the mixture is too thick to blend, splash in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water or extra lime juice.
3
Scoop immediately into chilled bowls for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a loaf pan and freeze for 30 to 45 minutes for firmer, scoopable sorbet.
💡
提示:Garnish with fresh mint leaves or extra lime zest right before serving.
📝厨师备注
Store leftovers in an airtight freezer-safe container for up to 1 month. If frozen solid, let it thaw on the counter for 10-15 minutes before scooping.
