说明
1
Line a small tray or plate with parchment paper.
💡
提示:Ensure the parchment paper is large enough to cover the entire surface.
2
Open the pitted dates and place them closely together on the parchment paper.
💡
提示:Press the dates down with the bottom of a glass or your fingers until they form a flat, sticky layer.
3
Spread peanut butter evenly over the flattened dates.
💡
提示:Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the peanut butter smoothly.
4
Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil if using. Stir until smooth.
💡
提示:Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, to prevent burning.
5
Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer.
💡
提示:Use a spatula to spread the chocolate evenly.
6
Sprinkle chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt on top.
💡
提示:Add other toppings like crushed pretzels, granola, or puffed rice for extra crunch.
7
Place the tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is firm.
💡
提示:Check the bark after 20 minutes to ensure it's not over-freezing.
8
Break or cut the bark into pieces.
💡
提示:Use a sharp knife for cleaner cuts.
9
Serve immediately or store in the fridge or freezer.
💡
提示:Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
