说明
1
In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened and resemble wet sand.
💡
提示:You can crush whole graham crackers in a food processor or a zip-top bag with a rolling pin.
2
Press the crumb mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the base crust. Place the dish in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the next layers.
💡
提示:Use the flat bottom of a measuring cup to press the crust firmly so it does not crumble when slicing.
3
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until smooth, creamy, and free of lumps.
💡
提示:Make sure the cream cheese is truly at room temperature to avoid a grainy texture.
4
Gently fold half of the thawed whipped topping (227 g) into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Spread this mixture carefully over the chilled graham cracker crust in an even layer.
💡
提示:Drop spoonfuls of the mixture across the crust first to make spreading it easier without disturbing the crumb base.
5
In a separate medium bowl, whisk together both packages of instant white chocolate pudding mix and the 720 ml of cold milk for about 2 minutes until it begins to thicken. Spread the pudding layer evenly over the cream cheese layer.
💡
提示:Use cold milk straight from the fridge to ensure the instant pudding sets properly.
6
Arrange the sliced fresh strawberries evenly across the top of the pudding layer, pressing them down very slightly.
💡
提示:Pat the sliced strawberries dry with a paper towel before adding them to prevent excess moisture from weeping into the d
7
Spread the remaining half of the whipped topping (227 g) over the strawberry layer. Garnish the top with white chocolate curls or chips and a few extra strawberry slices if desired.
💡
提示:Cover the dish tightly with plastic wrap or a lid before chilling.
8
Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow all the layers to set firmly before slicing and serving.
💡
提示:Chilling overnight yields the cleanest, most beautiful slices.
