食材
- ✓100 g rolled porridge oats

- ✓150 ml milk
- ✓1 large egg
- ✓1 tsp baking powder
- ✓0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- ✓15 ml maple syrup
- ✓1 pinch salt
仔细检查食谱的准确性。
说明
1
Preheat your oven to 180 °C (160 °C fan) and lightly grease a small baking dish with oil or butter.
💡
提示:A dish around 15-20cm square or an ovenproof skillet works beautifully.
2
In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly mash the ripe banana with a fork until smooth.
💡
提示:The riper the banana, the sweeter your final bake will be.
3
Whisk the egg, milk, and optional maple syrup into the mashed banana until well combined.
4
Stir in the rolled oats, baking powder, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt until a uniform batter forms.
💡
提示:For a cake-like texture, you can blend all the ingredients together in a food processor instead.
5
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden-brown and firm to the touch.
💡
提示:Test the center with a toothpick; it should come out clean.
📝厨师备注
Serve warm out of the oven. Top with fresh berries, a dollop of yogurt, or a drizzle of nut butter if desired. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to two days.
