食材

✓0.6 kg Large shrimp, peeled and deveined

仔细检查食谱的准确性。

说明

Pat the shrimp thoroughly dry with paper towels to ensure they sear rather than steam.

💡

提示:Dry shrimp absorb flavors much more effectively.

In a heavy skillet, combine olive oil, sliced garlic, and paprika over medium-low heat. Cook slowly until the garlic is fragrant and light golden brown.

💡

提示:Watch the garlic closely—it can turn from golden to burnt in seconds.

Increase heat to medium-high and add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer.

💡

提示:Do not overcrowd the pan; work in batches if necessary.

Sear for 2-3 minutes until the shrimp are just opaque and pink. Remove from heat immediately.

💡

提示:Shrimp cook very fast, so pull them off the heat as soon as they curl.

Drizzle with sherry vinegar and toss in fresh parsley. Serve directly from the skillet while the oil is still shimmering.

💡

提示:Provide crusty bread to dip into the delicious, garlic-infused oil.
