仔细检查食谱的准确性。
说明
1
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and lightly coat a 24-cup mini muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
💡
提示:Chilling the muffin pan in the refrigerator for a few minutes helps keep the pastry cold during assembly.
2
Unroll the thawed sheet of puff pastry on a lightly floured surface, roll it gently into an even 10x15-inch rectangle, and cut it into 24 equal squares.
💡
提示:Use a rolling pizza wheel to cut straight squares quickly without tearing the dough.
3
Press each pastry square gently into a mini muffin cup, allowing the four dough corners to flare upward past the rim.
💡
提示:Avoid stretching the dough excessively so the cups bake evenly.
4
Drop one cube of brie cheese into the center of each pastry well, add half a teaspoon of cranberry sauce on top, and scatter chopped pecans over each cup.
💡
提示:Leaving the rind intact on the brie is completely fine and helps hold the cheese in place as it melts.
5
Bake in the preheated oven for 16 to 18 minutes until the pastry edges puff and turn deep golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
💡
提示:Check the pastry at minute 15 to make sure the nuts toast without scorching.
6
Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer the warm brie bites to a serving platter, garnish with minced rosemary, and drizzle lightly with honey.
💡
提示:Run a small offset spatula around the edges of any stuck bites to lift them out cleanly.
📝厨师备注
Serve warm for optimal gooey texture. You can assemble the unbaked cups in the pan up to 3 hours ahead, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and keep refrigerated until ready to bake.
