食材

✓300 g full-fat Greek yogurt

仔细检查食谱的准确性。

说明

Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and use a spoon to scrape out the watery central seeds.

💡

提示:Removing the seeds is key to preventing a watery sauce.

Coarsely grate the cucumber flesh, then place it inside a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze firmly to remove as much moisture as possible.

💡

提示:The drier the cucumber, the thicker and creamier your dip will remain.

In a mixing bowl, combine the strained cucumber with the yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and fresh dill.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before serving to allow the garlic and herb flavors to fully develop.

💡

提示:Don't rush the resting time; it mellows the raw garlic bite.
