说明
1
In a small bowl, mix the honey and red pepper flakes together. Set aside to let the flavors infuse while cooking.
💡
提示:Warm the honey in the microwave for 5-10 seconds to make it easier to drizzle.
2
Melt the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly across the skillet floor into small rounds or one uniform bed.
💡
提示:Let the cheese melt and start sizzling before adding the eggs.
3
Crack the eggs directly on top of the bubbling cheese layer. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover with a lid, and cook until the whites are set and the cheese forms a crispy brown crust underneath.
💡
提示:Covering the pan helps cook the top of the egg whites while keeping the yolk runny.
4
Transfer the cheesy fried eggs onto toasted crusty bread slices. Drizzle generously with the prepared hot honey, season with salt and black pepper, and serve immediately.
📝厨师备注
Best enjoyed immediately while the cheese retains its crisp texture and the yolk remains runny.
