说明
1
Toss the thinly sliced cucumbers with 0.3 teaspoon sea salt in a colander and let them rest over a bowl for 10 minutes to drain excess liquid.
💡
提示:Removing moisture prevents the creamy dressing from turning watery.
2
Whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, fresh dill, garlic powder, remaining salt, and cracked black pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
💡
提示:Adjust acidity by adding an extra squeeze of lemon juice if desired.
3
Pat the drained cucumbers dry with a paper towel and transfer them to a wide mixing bowl alongside the shaved red onion and drained capers.
4
Pour the creamy dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently until evenly coated.
5
Fold in the flaked smoked salmon gently to keep large, tender pieces intact, then transfer to a chilled platter to serve.
💡
提示:Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill and cracked pepper for presentation.
📝厨师备注
Best served fresh. If preparing ahead, keep the sliced cucumbers and dressing in separate containers and toss with the smoked salmon immediately before serving.
