说明
1
Whisk together the hot sauce, melted butter, and garlic powder in a medium mixing bowl until emulsified.
💡
提示:Adjust butter slightly higher for a milder kick or leave it out for sharper heat.
2
Add the warm shredded chicken breast to the bowl and toss thoroughly until every piece is evenly coated in buffalo sauce.
💡
提示:If using chilled leftover chicken, warm it briefly in a skillet or microwave before tossing.
3
In a separate bowl, toss shredded cabbage with Greek yogurt, lime juice, and a pinch of salt to create a crunchy, creamy slaw.
💡
提示:Greek yogurt keeps the slaw light, refreshing, and loaded with extra protein.
4
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium-high heat for 30 seconds per side until pliable and slightly charred.
💡
提示:Keeping tortillas covered in a clean kitchen towel keeps them soft and warm for filling.
5
Divide the warm buffalo chicken evenly among tortillas, top with creamy slaw, and finish with crumbled cheese and chopped cilantro.
💡
提示:Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges on the side.
📝厨师备注
Store leftover chicken and slaw in separate airtight containers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat chicken gently before assembling fresh tacos.
