Pat the mozzarella cubes dry with a paper towel. Dredge each cube in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then, dip it into the egg mixture, ensuring it's fully coated. Finally, roll the cube generously in the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the coated mozzarella cubes onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching.
