Malzemeler
- ✓1 piece medium flour tortilla (8-inch)
- ✓30 ml pizza sauce or marinara
- ✓80 ml shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
- ✓6 slices mini pepperoni or sliced pepperoni
- ✓0.3 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
- ✓1 tsp olive oil
Talimatlar
1
Preheat your air fryer to 191 °C (190 °C) for 2 to 3 minutes.
💡
İpucu:Preheating guarantees an instantly crisp crust.
2
Lightly brush one side of the tortilla with olive oil, place it oil-side down in the air fryer basket, and pre-toast for 1 to 2 minutes until slightly firm.
💡
İpucu:Pre-toasting prevents the sauce from making the tortilla center soggy.
3
Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges. Scatter the shredded mozzarella, arrange the pepperoni slices on top, and sprinkle with dried oregano.
💡
İpucu:Keep toppings light so the air fryer circulation doesn't blow light items around.
4
Air fry at 191 °C (190 °C) for 3 to 4 minutes until the cheese is completely melted, bubbly, and lightly browned along the edges.
💡
İpucu:Check at the 3-minute mark to ensure the edges do not over-brown.
5
Carefully remove the pizza using a spatula, let it rest on a cutting board for 1 minute, then slice and serve warm.
💡
İpucu:Resting allows the cheese to set slightly for clean slices.
📝 Şefin Notları
