คำแนะนำ
1
Prepare your glassware by running a wedge of fresh lime around the rim, then dipping the edge into a small plate filled with coarse sea salt.
💡
เคล็ดลับ:Use a shallow plate for the salt to get a perfectly even coating.
2
Combine the tequila, fresh lime juice, and orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
💡
เคล็ดลับ:Always use freshly squeezed lime juice rather than bottled, as it provides the essential brightness for the drink.
3
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for approximately 15 seconds until the exterior feels frosty and cold.
💡
เคล็ดลับ:Shaking longer helps achieve the ideal dilution and aeration for a smoother texture.
4
Strain the liquid into your prepared salt-rimmed glass over fresh ice.
💡
เคล็ดลับ:Double-strain if you prefer to keep any citrus pulp or ice shards out of the final pour.
