Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and fresh lime juice. Set aside.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Using fresh lime juice will provide a brighter, more vibrant flavor than bottled.

Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Ensure the pan is hot before adding ingredients for a proper sauté.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:To prevent burning, keep the garlic and ginger moving constantly in the pan.

Add the shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until they turn pink and opaque.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Cook shrimp in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan, which can lead to steaming instead of searing.

Add the broccolini and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are crisp-tender.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Broccolini stems can be added slightly before the florets to ensure even cooking.

Pour the prepared sauce over the shrimp and vegetables. Toss everything together to coat evenly, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is well combined.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Adjust the amount of chili garlic sauce to suit your preferred level of heat.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro. Serve immediately.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:A sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds can add an extra layer of texture and flavor.
