คำแนะนำ

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper until fully emulsified.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Whisking thoroughly distributes the lactic acid evenly, ensuring consistent tenderization.

Add the chicken thighs to the bowl, tossing until every piece is evenly coated in the marinade. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Do not marinate longer than 12 hours, as the citrus can alter the meat's texture.

Preheat your oven to 218 °C (220 °C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil lightly greased with olive oil.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:A hot oven guarantees caramelization without drying out the chicken.

Transfer the chicken onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, shaking off excess marinade while keeping a light coating intact.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Leave ample space between pieces to promote roasting rather than steaming.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 74 °C (74 °C) at the thickest part and edges show deep golden char.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Switch on the broiler for the final 2 minutes for extra charred edges.

Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Resting locks the moisture back into the fibers.
