Slice the chicken into uniform 1-inch strips or bite-sized cubes. Pat the pieces dry with a paper towel to ensure better searing.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Removing excess moisture from the chicken surface helps achieve a nice golden color.

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat with a light coating of oil. Sauté the chicken pieces until they are cooked through and no longer pink.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure the chicken sears rather than steams.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, liquid base, cornstarch, ginger, and red pepper flakes until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Use cold water or juice to ensure the cornstarch dissolves without clumping.

Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken in the skillet. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce reduces and coats the chicken in a glossy glaze.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:If you prefer more sauce for your rice, you can double the sauce ingredients before adding them to the pan.

Remove from heat, stir in the toasted sesame seeds and a few drops of sesame oil, then serve immediately.

💡

เคล็ดลับ:Serve over steamed jasmine rice or with a side of stir-fried snap peas.
