Instruksi
1
Place the scooped avocado flesh into a medium mixing bowl, drizzle with fresh lime juice, and sprinkle with sea salt.
💡
Tip:Adding lime juice early helps prevent browning while you work.
2
Mash the avocado using a fork or potato masher until creamy with remaining rustic chunks for texture.
💡
Tip:Avoid over-mashing into a puree to maintain classic dip texture.
3
Gently fold in the finely diced red onion, minced jalapeno, and chopped cilantro until evenly distributed.
💡
Tip:Leave the jalapeno seeds in if you prefer a hotter kick.
4
Taste and add additional salt or lime juice if needed, then transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
💡
Tip:Press plastic wrap directly against the dip surface if making up to 2 hours ahead.
📝Catatan Koki
To store leftovers, smooth the top surface, cover tightly with plastic wrap pressed directly against the guacamole to prevent oxidation, and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
