Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or heavy baking sheet inside.

On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out your pizza dough to a 12-14 inch circle. Transfer the dough to a piece of parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the crushed tomatoes with garlic powder, oregano, and red pepper flakes (if using). Spread this sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving about a 1-inch border for the crust.
Scatter the diced ham and pineapple chunks evenly over the sauce.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and then the Parmesan cheese over the toppings.
Carefully slide the pizza, still on the parchment paper, onto the preheated pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven.
