- ✓240 ml milk

Whip the mixture vigorously using a hand mixer, a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, or a manual balloon whisk until it transforms into a thick, frothy foam with stiff peaks.

Tip:An electric mixer takes about 2 to 3 minutes, while a manual whisk can take up to 8 to 10 minutes.

Place the ice cubes into a tall serving glass and pour the cold milk directly over the ice.
