Ensure chicken wings are fully thawed if frozen. Pat them thoroughly dry with paper towels; this is crucial for achieving a crispy exterior.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper (if using).
Add the dried chicken wings to the bowl and toss well to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 204 °C (200 °C) for 3-5 minutes.
